About Kerry
My name is Kerry Che, and I’m an IBDP high school student with a passion for cognitive science, medicine, and helping others succeed academically. I’ve earned top scores, including 5s in AP Biology and AP Calculus AB, and a 7 in IB Chemistry, by developing unique study techniques that simplify complex material. My experiences range from hands-on research in breast cancer genetics to volunteering at hospice care facilities, where I’ve gained a deep appreciation for life, compassion, and resilience. In addition to my academic pursuits, I’ve actively participated in competitions like FBLA and Science Olympiad, where I applied critical thinking and problem-solving in real-world scenarios. As a member of HOSA (Health Occupations Students of America), I placed 2nd at the state level in the Forensics competition, which further fueled my passion for medicine. As someone who just finished taking these classes, I understand the difficulties and have learned how to make it much easier to learn.
