About Sandeep
I am Sandeep, a B.Tech graduate of IIT Jodhpur and currently a Software Development Engineer II at a product company, where I lead a small team of engineers building data-intensive platform services. My day job is designing and reviewing production systems, so everything I teach comes from code that real users depend on rather than from a textbook.
Over the last three years I have built a centralized authorization platform with FastAPI and ScyllaDB, Kafka event pipelines that process survey data without losing messages, analytics services on ClickHouse that cut report generation from two days to about thirty seconds, and large parts of an analytics dashboard used by 500+ analysts in React and TypeScript. I also work with retrieval-augmented AI systems and LangChain. In short, I have shipped both the backend and the frontend, and I can show you how the two fit together.
On the fundamentals side, I have solved over 1500 data structures and algorithms problems across LeetCode, Codeforces, CodeChef and GeeksforGeeks, and I scored in the top 1 percent of JEE Mains among more than 1.5 million candidates. I have mentored junior engineers and interns at work, run architecture and code reviews every week, and I was invited to speak at a developer community meetup in Mumbai on building with AI.
I enjoy teaching because most people do not struggle with programming itself, they struggle because nobody explained the why. I am patient, I never rush, and I would rather you understand one concept properly than memorize ten.

About the lesson

I teach the way I actually build software: we write code from the first lesson, and the theory arrives exactly when you need it to solve the problem in front of you.
Every class is hands-on. I start by finding out where you are - a school student meeting loops for the first time, an engineering student preparing for placements, or a working developer who wants to move from writing endpoints to designing systems. We agree on a clear goal and work backwards into a weekly plan with real milestones.
A typical session runs 60-90 minutes: a short recap, a live coding problem we solve together on a shared screen, a walkthrough of the mistakes, and a small assignment to finish before we meet again. I review your code line by line, the same way I review my team's code at work, so you pick up habits that hold up in a real job - clean naming, testing, debugging, reading unfamiliar code and asking better questions.
What I cover: Python and JavaScript/TypeScript from scratch, data structures and algorithms for coding interviews, SQL and database design, backend APIs with FastAPI and Django, full-stack projects with React and Next.js, and the fundamentals of system design.
These classes suit school students taking computer science, engineering undergraduates preparing for placements, and working professionals moving into backend or full-stack roles. Complete beginners are genuinely welcome - I assume no prior knowledge, and no question is too basic.
