About Bhim

A young scientist in the field of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning. Engineer by profession and Yogi by passion. I have been practicing Yoga and Meditation for more than 20 years. No doubt Yoga has made me what I am today. I teach Yoga and Meditation through My experiences. I want to share the gifts that yoga has given to me. After studying Yoga Philosophies I realized that there is a lot to know about Yoga. I wanted to explore Science and Spirituality together. So I started reading more and more books on yoga. Now I teach both Yoga Philosophy and Yoga Practical (Asana, Pranayam. Bandha, Mudra, Meditation, etc).

I provide completely online Yoga coursess for YCB, Ministry of AYUSH Yoga Certification. I am a Yoga Teacher at Mahabodhi Yogpeeth.

I have been practicing Yoga and Meditation for more than 20 years. No doubt Yoga has made me what I am today. I teach through My experiences with Yoga and Meditation. I teach Yoga Philosophy, Patanjali Yog Sutra, Astanga Yoga, Hatha yoga, Hatha Yog Pradipika, Gherand Samhita, Anatomy, and Physiology, Sukshma Vyayam, Surya Namaskar, Asana, Pranayama, Bandha , Mudra, Meditation. After studying Yoga Philosophies you will realize that there is a lot to know about Yoga. You can join this course for Yoga Teacher/Instructor Certification or for learning more about traditional Yoga. I'll also help you with information about making a career in Yoga.

Online Courses:
For Beginners: Level - 1 Yoga Protocol Instructor : Duration: 2 Months
For Intermediate: Level - 2 Yoga Wellness Instructor : Duration: 2.5 Months

i) Medium of Instruction- Hindi: Timing: Morning: 6:00 AM to 8:00 AM (IST)
ii) Medium of Instruction- English: Timing: Evening: 6:30 PM to 8:30 PM (IST)
Weekend Batch (Saturday and Sunday)
Medium of Instruction- English: Timing: 2:00 PM to 05:00 PM (IST)

After getting the Yoga Certification you will be able to:
1. Conduct yoga classes in parks, schools, colleges, or corporate.
2. Start your own Yoga studio.
3. Create and launch your own online/offline course. Accept online payment.
4. Teach Yoga for the treatment of various diseases.
5. Apply for various Government Jobs like Yog Sahayak, Yoga Instructor under Ministry of AYUSH.
6. Get international acceptability.

2. Recording of all classes. So, nothing to worry about if you miss a class.
3. Complete guidance for the Theory and Practical exam.

7. Mock Practical Demonstration exam in the same format as conducted by Exam agency (YCB PrCB).

Exam Pattern:
Theory Examination: The questions are of multiple choice questions (MCQ) type for both offline and online exam. In offline exams, the answer sheet will be in form of the Optical Mark Reader (OMR) while in the online exams software will generate the result.
Practical examination: The candidate will be assessed online/offline by a panel of 3 examiners.
Passing marks: 70% marks in both exams for all levels.

Yoga Certification Board (YCB), established by the Ministry of AYUSH, Government of India, is the only Board that has been set up by any Government for certification in the field of Yoga. The YCB is constituted under the aegis of MDNIY (Murarji Desai National Institute of Yoga) w.e.f March 2018 to execute and implement the scheme. The YCB certifies Yoga professionals under various levels and categories so that the Yoga Professionals can select the level and category as per their skills and competencies. The competencies range from basic Yoga protocol to Yoga master, from assistant Yoga therapist to Yoga Therapy Consultant. YCB strives to introduce more levels. The certification helps in promoting Yoga as a career skill which till date is an unorganized career option. The certified Yoga Professionals are exposed to better job opportunities across the globe. YCB offers certificates to Yoga professionals to practice Yoga as therapy. These certificates will not only provide a platform for experienced Yoga therapy professionals but will also lead to promotion of Yoga as one of the tools for therapy. The YCB certificate will standardization and quality in practice and teaching of Yoga and in long term the availability of certified Yoga Professionals will promote correct practice of Yoga leading to healthy living style. Availability of trained and certified Yoga Professionals / Institutions will empower public in selections of right yoga Instructor/ trainer / Yoga Institutions.
The Scheme for Certification of Yoga Professionals was handled by Quality Council of India (QCI) till May, 2018. Ministry of AYUSH has established Yoga Certification Board for implementation of the scheme for Certification of Yoga Professionals and Accreditation of Yoga Institutions/ centres. Therefore the scheme is being handled by Yoga Certification Board since June 2018.
