About Neil
I started out as a young teacher from 1970-1986 and then embarked on a second career as a biomedical writer and editor from 1986 to 2010. Then I resurfaced as a part-time contract teacher and tutor from 1988 on, moving to full time from 2010 on upon retiring from my second career. I have had numerous students over the years, too many to count. I have helped at least 8 students graduate from high school or pass the GED in the last ten years.

I am a youthful retired male teacher with a BA, two MAs, and a PhD from fantastic schools. I teach exclusively one-on-one or online with an enthusiastic spirit because I believe that education can be fun, but still structured and relevant. "Make education great again!" is my philosophy. I also teach mathematics at many levels.
