About Roza
I developed scoliosis (curvature of the spine) as a teenager and have been practicing yoga as part of my management for this since then. I believe that a strong, supple body sets you up for any physical or emotional challenges you may face in life. I am also a keen long distance runner and find that practicing yoga compliments this exercise well and helps avoid frustrating injury.

I will lead you through a set of poses, breathing exercises and relaxation that will allow your body to open up, relax and strengthen. These classes will focus on slow, deep postures where you can concentrate inwards and sink into the poses. Perfect for tight, stiff muscles, practicing yoga when you are tired, or when a beginner and you want to go at a slower pace. Very effective at opening up commonly tight areas, such as the hips and upper back. Scoliosis friendly practices.
