About Richenda
I am a student teacher specializing in the Intermediate Phase, and I chose teaching because I genuinely enjoy helping learners understand new concepts and grow in confidence. I find it rewarding to see a learner move from feeling unsure to feeling capable and proud of their progress.
I love teaching because every learner is different, and I enjoy finding ways to explain work so that it makes sense to them. Subjects like Math, English and EMS allow me to be creative and practical in how I teach, which keeps learning engaging.
My goal as a teacher is to support learners patiently, build their confidence, and help them develop skills they can use independently — not just memorize answers.

I am a student teacher specialising in the Intermediate Phase and I am passionate about helping learners understand their work with confidence. My lessons are patient, supportive and adapted to each learner’s level and learning style.
I offer tutoring for Grades 4–9 in Maths, English, Afrikaans, EMS, Social Sciences, CAT and Life Skills. I help with homework support, test and exam preparation, concept revision and study skills.
My goal is to make learning less stressful and more understandable through step-by-step explanations and practical examples. I create a comfortable space where learners can ask questions and build confidence.
Online and in-person sessions available. Trial lessons welcome.
