About Soumya
I am a psychology researcher and undergraduate psychology student with a strong interest in applied learning and evidence-based understanding. Over the past year, I have taught students online from across the world, helping them build strong conceptual foundations in psychology. My goal is to make psychology approachable, practical, and meaningful by combining academic clarity with real-world application and effective learning strategies.

Psychology is applied to almost every career, and a basic understanding of it can completely change how you see the world and yourself. In this class, I focus not just on teaching concepts, but on teaching how to study, think, and apply psychology effectively. You’ll learn to understand theories, connect them to real life, and develop learning strategies that actually work for you.
