Shivani holds a degree in B. Pharmacy and has four years of marketing experience in Chandigarh, Delhi, Bhopal, and Indore. Her journey into yoga began as a personal quest for holistic well-being, leading her to train with distinguished teachers in Mysore, Rishikesh, Himachal, Delhi, and Mumbai.
Shivani’s extensive training includes:
• Traditional Hatha Yoga: Rooted in ancient practices, focusing on alignment, breath control, and mindfulness.
