About Shelli

-----MY EDUCATION-----
I was valedictorian of my high school class of 667 at Horizon High School in Scottsdale, AZ. I majored in Political Science at Stanford University. I received my MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, making the Dean's List multiple times.

-----MY PHILOSOPHY-----
My parents were both high school teachers, so I have been raised to value education. I enjoy sharing my knowledge and experience with my students. People learn by using all their senses, as well as by practicing their skills. Each person finds his or her own unique combination that leads to understanding. I feel that identifying and patiently pursuing that combination are among the first steps to success. This opportunity for creative instruction is often lost in the classroom.

She quickly assessed my daughter's math level and is teaching her the concepts to fill in the gaps she's missing.
