About Devangi
Hello! My name is Devangi, and I’m an Economics tutor with a Master’s degree (MSc) from King’s College London and a BA (Hons) in Economics. Originally from Kerala, India, I bring both a strong academic background and a global perspective to my teaching. I’m passionate about helping students not only understand economics, but also enjoy it. With experience teaching both GCSE and A-Level students, I know how to adapt lessons to different learning styles and levels. I focus on making complex concepts simple and relatable, using real-world examples, past exam questions, and structured explanations to boost both understanding and exam performance. I am friendly, patient, and professional, and I take pride in creating a supportive learning environment where students feel confident to ask questions and improve steadily.

I offer engaging and tailored economics tutoring for GCSE and A-Level students, as well as university-level support upon request. My approach is centred around clarity, confidence-building, and active learning. I break down complex economic theories into easy-to-understand concepts using real-world examples, interactive questioning, and visual aids such as diagrams and summary sheets. Each session is typically 60 minutes, but I can adjust based on the student’s needs and attention span. I help students strengthen core knowledge, develop analytical and essay-writing skills, and apply theory to exam-style questions. For exam preparation, I focus heavily on past paper practice and examiner expectations. I hold a Master’s degree (MSc) in Economics from King’s College London and a BA in Economics with Honours, and I have experience tutoring both GCSE and A-Level students in person and online. My lessons are ideal for students aged 14–18, but I’m also happy to support university students needing help with specific modules. Whether you're aiming for top grades or just want to build confidence in the subject, I provide structured, friendly, and results-focused tutoring.
