About Ignacia
I've been dancing my whole life since I'm a kid all sorts of styles, but as soon as I got into the afro rythms I knew it was my thing. I've been studying in Brazil, Cuba, Chile, Perú, Venezuela and Colombia different afro and urban dances; samba, salsa, rumba, orixas dances, hip hop, tumbe, festejo, etc.

About the lesson

My teaching method consist first in warming up for 20 minutes at least. Especifically afro dances need our whole body very warm and loose. Then show different steps depending on the level of the students, so at the end of the class we are able to make a coreography. Close the class with relaxing exercise to reduce future muscle pain.
