I got her contact by chance at the supermarket. She was talking in English to someone on the phone and I decided to take a chance and ask if she would teach. She promptly answered me. I always had a lot of difficulty learning. The teacher Fran not only identified it but turned the class interesting for me! My English has improved a lot since our first class. I have worked with Fran but have never been interested in learning English. Because of a trip, I had to learn it in a short time (least the basic) so I called and asked her for help.
