About Yara

I am a first-year law student at King's and I grew up in London but I am originally Lebanese. I got into tutoring a few years ago with other students, starting with friends because I wanted to share my methods of studying that helped me achieve high results without devoting significant time to memorisation and revision. I am a patient, dedicated tutor and I understand that everyone learns differently, which is why I aim to create a supportive and encouraging environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and developing their skills at their own pace.

About the lesson

- Focuses on how to actually perform well in an exam and techniques to use without spending hours of studying theory
- Lessons consist of learning patterns of questions and adapting your knowledge to the question rather than mastering every topic
- Lessons are for those in High School, IB students, those interested in studying law/taking the LNAT.
- Tutor for 2+ years
- Lesson lengths are flexible however short, consistent lessons are preferred (around 45 mins) rather than long, tedious ones.
