About Lya
I am Lya, a 3D Game Art graduate with a passion for 3D that started when I was a child. Since then, I have spent years creating, learning and growing my skills, and now I'd love to share that passion with others!
I know from experience that learning 3D can feel intimidating and inaccessible, especially for complete beginners. Some tutorials or courses aren't adapted to everyone's pace, quality constructive feedback can be hard to find... I never want someone to feel discouraged entirely from learning such a unique art medium because of that.
I specialise in character art, and have experience with environment art, animation, lookdev, character design, asset creation, rigging, lighting/rendering, gamedev. The main software I use these days are Blender, Substance 3D Painter and ZBrush, and I also have experience with Unreal Engine, Maya, Marvelous Designer.
Teaching has become something I'm very passionate about as well! I enjoy helping people build confidence, understand concepts in a way that makes sense to them, and discover their creativity through 3D
So whether you're completely new to 3D or looking to improve your skills, my goal is to support you in a way that is fully tailored to your pace, experience, and goals!

I am a 3D Game Art graduate teaching Blender for all experience levels and ages.
Whether you want to learn how to create characters, environments, rigs, shaders, animations, or simply become more confident in using Blender in general, every lesson is fully tailored to your goals!
We can start completely new projects from scratch, or continue something you have already begun creating; the direction of the lesson is entirely up to you!
A typical lesson would be 1h30.
Patient, encouraging and friendly, I aim to make learning 3D fun and accessible for everyone. I have experience teaching digital art to children and teenagers as well as adults.
