About Hamna
I am a Clinical Psychology graduate (BS, 2023) from the University of Management and Technology, Pakistan, currently based in Hobart, Australia. I have completed diverse internships in hospitals and schools, where I supported children, adolescents, and adults with psychological concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues. I’ve gained hands-on experience in psychological assessments, intake interviews, report writing, and therapy observation under clinical supervision. My work is grounded in empathy, cultural sensitivity, and evidence-based practices including CBT and mindfulness. I am passionate about mental health education and enjoy helping students understand psychology in a clear, supportive, and practical way.
