About Fabiana

Ciao I am Fabiana a Waldorf coach with a passion for nurturing creativity and holistic development. Some people "think" with their hands, and I am lucky enough to be one of them. I have always experimented with different materials and each of them has a quality that can help us unlock, express, discover, a part of us. My journey began at the Waldorf Art Academy, where I immersed myself in the rich traditions of Waldorf education and artistic expression. Alongside my studies, I delved into various holistic disciplines, deepening my understanding of the interconnectedness between mind, body, and spirit. Now, as a Waldorf coach, I'm dedicated to guiding individuals on their artistic journeys, fostering creativity, self-awareness, and personal growth through a holistic approach. Let's embark on a transformative journey of artistic exploration together!

About the lesson

Waldorf artistic coaching draws inspiration from the educational philosophy of Waldorf schools, emphasizing holistic development and creativity. It focuses on nurturing the individual's artistic expression through various mediums such as painting, drawing, sculpture, and handcrafts such as: knitting, painting, doll-making, working with clay…you name it. The coaching approach typically integrates elements of Waldorf pedagogy, encouraging freedom of artistic expression, imagination, and a deep connection to nature. Sessions may involve exploring different artistic techniques, fostering a sense of self-awareness and confidence, and encouraging personal growth through artistic exploration.
