About Judi
I am a professional ICF certified Life & Wellness Coach with years of coaching experience along with business and management experience. A lifelong learner, I am continuously taking courses and learning to supplement and enrich my life experiences.
I am Mom to two adult children, wife, runner, reader, and passionate about the environment and preserving nature. I live in a big city, yet spend as much time as possible in the relative quiet and remoteness of our lakeside property.
My interests and passions are varied which enables me to be open, curious and nonjudgmental as a coach. I have family experience with mental health challenges, neurodiversity, gender identity, etc.
I welcome the possibility of creating an open trusting safe space for my coaching engagements.

As a Life Coach, I partner with you to move towards a goal that you have, a change that you want to make, or overcome obstacles that might be holding you back.
Areas of coaching include health/wellness, career, times of transitions, etc. You bring the 'topic' or 'goal' to the sessions.
As a Life Coach I will not 'diagnose' or 'treat' health problems. My role is to assist you, as the expert in your own life, discover ways to move forward in ways that make sense for 'you'.
By focusing on your goal, identifying challenges or possible obstacles that might be in the way, and then helping you develop strategies to overcome each obstacle, you then design a path towards lasting change.
My interests and expertise include Career, Stress Management, Mindset, Goal Setting, Neurodivergence.
