About LaStasia
Stasia Bateman, Life Coach Stasia, CEO of Hey Girl Coaching, is a loving mother of three beautiful girls. She has endured various traumas throughout her life, which is what has landed her in the unique position, to coach women, alike. She understands the difficulties in navigating past those experiences and feeling empowered enough to break generational cycles. Stasia would like the same for clients who are interested in receiving coaching services. Stasia takes a hands-on approach where previous clients report “never feeling alone,” during their process. Stasia believes in being authentic and demonstrates this by modeling for her clients, her authentic self. She doesn’t sugar-coat and she keeps it real!

Working with me, we will focus on building up your self-esteem. We will focus on bringing the positive parts of your life to the forefront and trying to avoid dealing with the negativity that may intrude in your life. We will also focus on new positive habits. We want to work on your well-being and you being happy and more fulfilling of your life instead of you feeling depressed or like your life is not fulfilling. We want you to be able to say you woke up took a fresh breath of air because this is the life that you are OK with and that you are happy with yourself because it’s yours. Working with me, you will learn new habits. You will learn how to focus on your present and your future, and avoid allowing the trauma of your past to hinder you from doing great things or being successful.
