About Jason
I’m a thinker and aspiring writer who spent 25+ years in the corporate world earning all of the scars and hangups that go with it. I focus on topics like leadership, mindfulness, and human connection published in the form of short essays and poems. My goal is to understand the nature of the world around me as well as my own and my writing attempts to further that effort. As a firm believer in compassion as the gateway to liberation I explore philosophy, psychology, beauty, and art from Western and Eastern traditions.
I am also a certified mindfulness meditation guide who offers live meditation sessions and group or individual mindfulness coaching. My coaching focuses on the application of mindfulness and compassion for leadership, resiliency, and stress management.
