About Sammy

My name is Sammy Mckay. I'm a professional boxer and a fitness enthusiast. I also run Champs Within, which aims to be a positive outlet for the community. I have travelled all over the world boxing and have gained a vast amount of experience.

About the lesson

My lessons are designed to be fully tailored to my customer's needs. Lessons are 60min, but can opt for a shorter session depending on schedule. We work on mobility to prevent injuries, we work on boxing and pad work to help improve technique, various cardio training from skipping to running, and recovery training.
