About Anahita
I’m Ana, a second-year Bachelor of Arts student majoring in Psychology and Politics. I’m passionate about psychology because I love understanding how people think, feel, and behave, and I enjoy helping others see how these ideas connect to real life. I want to teach psychology to share this knowledge with students, make complex concepts easy to understand, and support them in applying psychology to their studies and daily life in a way that builds confidence and curiosity.

I support students by breaking down complex psychological theories into clear, accessible explanations and helping them understand core areas such as cognitive, social, developmental, and behavioural psychology. I guide students through lecture content, readings, and key research findings, while helping them connect concepts to real-world examples and case studies. I also provide support with academic writing, including essay structure, argument development, APA referencing, and basic research methods. In addition, I assist with exam preparation and revision strategies, creating a supportive and inclusive learning environment that adapts to different learning styles and builds student confidence through constructive, encouraging feedback
