I’m a Chemistry tutor with over 4 years of teaching experience and an MSc in Inorganic Chemistry. I’m deeply passionate about food preservation chemistry and the science behind food analysis. I love exploring the subtle chemical changes that lead to food spoilage and how antioxidants and emulsifiers help maintain freshness. The chemistry behind canning, drying, and fermentation fascinates me, and I enjoy breaking these processes down for my students.
In my sessions, I guide students to understand food safety and quality from a clear chemical perspective. We talk about how molecules behave, why certain foods last longer, and what truly happens during preservation. I make these ideas easy to grasp through relatable examples and thoughtfully structured explanations. Sometimes a simple kitchen scenario can teach more chemistry than a textbook page.
My goal is to help students build confidence while discovering how chemistry shapes the food we rely on every day. I bring curiosity, clarity, and enthusiasm into every lesson.
