  • Tell us more about your subject. How did you develop an interest in this field?

    I've been working out since 5 years, reversed my PCOS and reduced 10 kg. This was my fitness story now let's talk about how this all impacted my mental health. I started feeling confident about myself , when ever people watched me working out they started getting inspired and asked Rushali how do you do pushups? Also while giving presentation in the college my body looked toned because I have a fit body so I was feeling very happy and satisfied with my body. After my MBA got completed while having a talk with my life coach I found out that this is my passion.
  • What or who is the motivation behind you choosing to teach & why?

    One thought which always kept me going was I lost my father at the age of 15 because of disease so I don't want to suffer the same and don't want anyone else to suffer through this tough situation so I decided to spread more awareness about health and make people live a disease-free life. So for me mental and physical health both impact a lot in my life and by saying this I also take care about the stress levels of my clients and make them meditate whenever needed.
  • How does your work help society?

    I educate people about how much important their health is and how a taking a small steps towards fitness can change their life. In my experience I've clients whose families are also following healthy habits. As I tell my clients eat healthy food their families also ask them to make more healthy food for them too because they also started liking that food once they tasted. I've a community where I keep sharing tips, recipes and a lot more to those people who are not my clients.
  • If you had to think of a role model for your work, who do you think of & why?

    - If I talk about my role model then it's Yash Vardhan Swami because he has changed infinity lifes by making them lose weight, improve their lifestyle and reverse diseases.
    - Apart from that he has recieved award for Top 3 coaches from Apple news.
    - As he is expanding his business he is now also helping other trainers and nutritionist to expand their business by guiding them and making them reach to more people and change their life.
  • Tell us about your hobbies outside teaching.

    My hobbies are learning, painting, travelling, handicrafts, playing games, hiking, etc as I'm interested in a lot of activities so can't write everything.
  • Do you have an anecdote to tell us about your student or professional life?

    Yes I do.
    One of female client who was 95 kg with a good height had thyroid problem and was unable to lose weight. She was tired of trying all the things. Since she started working out with me I tried to know all her problems and the main problem was she didn't liked cardio because she had flat foot she felt pain after walking or performing any activity for more than 2 minutes so I relieved her pain by making her use spike ball and now she didn't felt any pain even after walking 12,000 steps in this way by working out and walking everyday she lost 10 kgs of weight. She thanked me after coming from an international trip and told me that if you won't have made me have a walking habit then I would have given up in the middle of trip as it included a lot of walk.
