About Ridah
I am an experienced graduate with hundreds of hours of clinical experience, specialising in CPET, ECGs, spirometry, blood pressure monitoring, and body composition measurements. I achieved my Master’s degree in Clinical Exercise Physiology and Bachelor’s in Sport and Exercise Science from Loughborough University, one of the world’s leading sports universities. As a former professional tennis player, I developed discipline, perseverance, and a strong drive for excellence—qualities that I now apply to my clinical practice. I am passionate about helping others reach their full potential and find joy in learning. I believe that every student has the ability to succeed with the right guidance, and I find it incredibly rewarding to be a part of their journey. Tutoring allows me to make a meaningful impact by providing personalised support that helps students overcome challenges, build confidence, and achieve their academic goals.
