About Charlene
I have worked in the field of life coaching, consulting, mentoring and helping people to increase their quality of life for over 20 years. I currently hold a bachelors degree and a masters degree in psychology. I am a conference speaker and have spoken at various conferences and retreats. It is my goal to help as many people as positive to live their version of their best life! My goal is not to make you like me, but to help you become your best YOU!

As a Life Coach I help my students to identify their goals, needs, and barriers to the success they seek. Whether it’s personal growth, relationships or career goals, I will help you to evaluate your life, make a plan, and start the path of execution of those goals!
As a Non-Monogamous Lifestyle Consultant, I help my students identify and address issues they may be experiencing in the lifestyle. I provide mediation, mentoring and life coaching to individuals, couples, and polycules. I also offer an educational beginners course on polyamory as well as specific workshops on compression, handling jealousy, improving communication, loving your metamours, etc.
