About Rawanne
Masters of Teaching, mother of three children and I am passionate about education and particularly enjoy helping students who may lack confidence or feel that learning does not come easily to them.
I am patient, approachable and encouraging, and take the time to understand each student as an individual.

My lessons are supportive, engaging and tailored to each student's individual learning needs. I focus on building confidence as well as improving academic skills, because I believe students learn best when they feel comfortable, encouraged and capable.
I provide English tutoring for primary and secondary students, including reading, comprehension, writing, grammar, spelling, essay writing, text analysis and assessment preparation. I can also support primary students across general literacy and learning needs.
As a qualified Masters Teacher, with classroom teaching experience, I use explicit teaching, modeling, scaffolding and guided practice to break difficult concepts into manageable steps. Lessons are adapted to the student's level and goals rather than using a one-size-fits-all approach.
Most importantly, I aim to create a positive environment where students are comfortable asking questions, making mistakes and developing confidence in their own abilities.
