About Parnika
As the VP of Operations and youngest executive member at Lumnus Consulting, a UCSD consulting service for startups and small businesses, I gained valuable experience in client and project management, sharpening my skills in understanding and satisfying the needs of the person in front of me. Prior to this, I led The REDefine Campaign, a menstrual and sexual health awareness organization, for four years. Under my leadership, we reached over 2,000 women in underserved communities by partnering with government schools and NGOs to provide puberty education and essential supplies.
