About Ashley
As of May I will have a Bachelors Degree in Mathematics. At my university, I have tutored students in Algebra, Pre-Calculus, Calculus, and Math for Liberal Arts. At times I have also tutored students for their Math Competency Exams. I have been a Supplemental Instructor for the past year. I have my own SI sessions with students once a week in Algebra or Math for Liberal Arts. I am extremely passionate about the field of mathematics and love helping students who are struggling with the material.

I approach each session with a student by first asking them what they are having trouble with. Once we find where they are struggling, I will help explain a few problems on the topic they are struggling with. Then, I will have them try a problem or two themselves. We'll then go over the problems together and see what parts need extra clarity and which parts they seem to get the hang of.

Details
You are allowed to cancel up to 1.5 hour in advance. If you try and cancel after the 1.5 hour limit, you will be charged for session. Only reason why I state that is because there is a chance I was already on my way or I took time off from my other job for the appointment. You cancelling with that short of notice would be really inconsiderate. If I have to cancel the appointment I will give you your money back.
