About Ryan
I have been tutoring since 2013 throughout my time at DePaul University as well as tutoring at the City Colleges of Chicago and a few private students. I've work with over a hundred students during my time as a tutor resulting improved grade averages as well as study skills. During my schooling I focused on understanding math anxiety, how it is developed and how to help students that deal with it.

My main focus when it comes to tutoring is working towards building a strong foundation in mathematics and developing strong study and organizational skills. I firmly believe if my students aren't comfortable with a previous subject it is extremely important to revisit the content to build a better relationship with math. If I do my job well my student would become comfortable studying without the need of a tutor.
