I am an aspiring high school math teacher with a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from the University of Waterloo. Regarding experience, I have tutored at the high school level for the last three years and have roughly one year's worth of experience teaching math in the classroom from previous co-op jobs during my undergraduate studies.

Based on the student's way of learning, I try to provide visual examples such as drawings for the visual learners. Other students may need to relate math to more relatable situations based on the student's interests. This may include pop culture references and really going step by step in each math problem the student has trouble with.
