About Brett
I have worked with a range of ages (from 11 to 20) and, as someone young myself, understand how to be approachable and constructive. I have helped my students drastically improve grades from failing to almost mastery on state examinations. A lot of the time, struggling in math is not a reflection of the intelligence of a student and more often has to do with a learning style they receive in school that works against them. This is what a lot of tutors lack that I have lots of personal experience with.

As someone who previously struggled with certain topics and subjects in both math and other STEM courses, I am well accustomed to pivoting quickly on approaching math as a whole. I am very receptive to when a particular method isn’t necessarily working and am eager and willing to work according to the students needs.
