About Ibraheem
I am a Joint Maths and Computing student at Imperial College London. I have about one year of experience in tutoring IB students maths and physics. I find maths very interesting, and so I try my best to pass on this interest and passion to my students. I have enough experience in programming in languages like Python, PHP, Javascript and Haskell to help any student below university level with the foundations of programming and computational thinking. Having done A Levels in Maths, Further Maths and Computer Science, in addition to taking STEP I and III, I can be of help to anyone doing any of these subjects below university level.

Problem solving, problem solving, problem solving.... Practice makes perfect. Maths and computer science are not subjects that are learnt by memorisation. You can only get adept at them by learning how to approach different problems and apply your mathematical knowledge to find a solution. Practice is the only way to build and improve the skill of solving problems. In teaching my pupils problem solving, I usually focus on how they think about solving a certain problem rather than the specific problem itself, and from experience, this method is incredibly effective.
