About Jessica
My name is Jess and I’m a freelance tutor and writer. I enjoy reading and cooking, and absolutely love using etymology to help tackle learning English. I have taught Maths and English at all age ranges, so I can help with everything from prepping for your GCSEs to writing your first CV. I love to figure out problems together, and develop your confidence in your wider studies. There’s no need to fear getting things wrong, it’s always an opportunity to build on our skills!

I thoroughly enjoy getting to know my students and incorporating their interests into my lessons. I’m able to work well with students with SEN, and enjoy helping anxious students develop confidence in their wider studies. I like to create structure within a tutoring session to help students create a lasting routine.
