About Inaya
I am a Math tutor with over 7 years of experience and a Master of Science in Computational Mathematics. I specialize in making advanced mathematical ideas accessible to learners from all academic backgrounds. My teaching approach is holistic and focuses on understanding concepts rather than heavy computation. I believe mathematics should feel meaningful, not intimidating.
I work especially with non-STEM majors, including liberal arts students and humanities scholars. Many of my students come with math anxiety or a history of struggling with numbers. I help them rebuild confidence step by step. Instead of memorizing formulas, we focus on the big ideas behind each theory.
I use everyday analogies to connect abstract concepts to familiar experiences. I also include historical context to show how mathematical ideas evolved over time. My Maths lessons focus on the power of data and how it can be used to understand the world. I help learners see mathematics as a tool for discovery, not just calculation.
