About Elise
I am a Physics tutor with over 4 years of teaching experience and an MSc in Nuclear Physics. My passion lies in connecting the beauty of physics with the mysteries of our planet. I integrate geophysics and earth sciences into my lessons, helping students explore how physics explains plate tectonics, seismic waves, and climate dynamics. Through engaging discussions, I guide learners in understanding Earth’s structure, atmospheric behavior, and geological processes. I use data analysis, modeling, and real-world case studies to make these concepts tangible and exciting. My approach emphasizes the use of physics not just as an abstract science, but as a powerful tool for understanding our changing environment. I have worked extensively with environmental science students and those pursuing planetary science, offering insights into how physical principles shape both Earth and other worlds. My lessons blend theory with application, ensuring students grasp both the “how” and the “why” behind natural phenomena. With me, you will learn to think like a physicist while gaining the perspective of an earth scientist. My goal is to help you become a well-rounded, confident physicist with a deep understanding of our dynamic, ever-evolving planet.

I am a passionate Physics tutor who turns complex concepts into captivating stories that students can relate to. My lessons are warm, engaging, and especially designed for beginners or those intimidated by equations. I believe Physics is not just formulas—it is the language of everyday life, from the way a ball bounces to the colors of a sunset. I incorporate relatable everyday phenomena, fun experiments, and fascinating historical discoveries into my teaching. I also enjoy exploring the philosophical implications of Physics, helping students see its role beyond the classroom. Visual aids, simple demonstrations, and interactive discussions are at the heart of my approach. For Pilot Aspirants and Olympiad Competitors, I create targeted sessions that sharpen problem-solving skills and deepen conceptual understanding. My methods encourage active participation, quick progress, and confident application of concepts. Whether it’s Thermodynamics, Optics, Mechanics, or Quantum ideas, I make the subject approachable and exciting. Physics with me is not about memorizing—it’s about exploring, questioning, and truly understanding. My goal is to ignite curiosity and keep it burning long after the lesson ends.
