Learning should never be about feeling completely locked down in a space that makes you feel trapped. People learn best when they are engaged. Talking about an idea to the extent that it becomes a natural conversation is something that I value. I hope that my students will learn to engage with their material in a way that will see them genuinely fascinated by what they are studying, because it is in these circumstances that they are most likely to succeed.
I am currently a Psychology Honours student at Murdoch University. Last year I completed a separate honours degree in Communications and Media studies and received first-class honours. I am passionate about strong academic writing in all areas of humanities, as well as a deep understanding of human behaviour. Life is all about telling stories in a way that is compelling, and I hope that my passion is reciprocated by my students.
