About Calvin
I'm a professional violinist and violin teacher. Due to the pandemic, in-person musical services have been restricted, so I'm expanding my reach to include tutoring in ESL. I have 2 summers of teaching
experience in ESL overseas to Chinese students as well as teaching Citizenship class to immigrants. I excelled in spelling in elementary school and vocabulary in middle and high school (memorizing word-for-word on the definitions), helping me to excel in my grades and exams throughout those years.

Currently, I only teach online lessons. I should be notified at least 24 hours in advance for any student cancellation, unless it is due to an emergency or unexpected illness . Otherwise, the scheduled lesson would be fully charged.
