I’m a dedicated, professional educator with over 15 years of experience in teaching. I hold two Master’s Degrees in Teaching, and I currently work full-time as an ESL instructor in Connecticut, where I support students from diverse backgrounds in building language fluency and real-world communication skills. My teaching approach is student-centered, engaging, and practical. I specialize in working with adult learners, particularly those who are new to English or looking to improve their skills for work, education, or everyday life. I also mentor high school students through leadership and career development programs, always encouraging growth both in and out of the classroom. What sets me apart is not only my academic background but also my ability to connect with students on a human level. About the lesson

As an experienced educator with over 15 years of classroom teaching and two Master’s Degrees in Teaching, my method is grounded in student-centered, communicative learning. I incorporate a variety of instructional strategies including scaffolding, visual aids, guided discovery, and real-life application. I emphasize interactive, conversation-driven lessons that are tailored to meet each student’s unique needs, especially in ESL contexts. Typical lesson plan would include modeling, guided practice, and a variety of practice for pronunciation review, grammar, reading, writing, listening and speaking in the target language. Dual-Master’s level training in both literacy and TESOL education I have a deep understanding of adult learners, immigrants, and multilingual classrooms. Real-world experience teaching ESL, GED, and academic English. Warm, respectful, and culturally responsive approach to ESL. Exhibit a strong focus on synergy and collaboration among learners, teachers, and communities. Lastly, I meet students where they are and grow with them—patiently, consistently, and purposefully. I can teach any level from Kindergarten to adults. Level 1-5.
