About Samarth
Hey my name is Samarth, and I am a Biochemistry student at NC State University with a strong background in biology, chemistry, and laboratory based science courses. I tutor high school and introductory undergraduate students by breaking difficult concepts into clear, manageable steps. My goal is to help students build confidence, improve their understanding, and make them feel more prepared for homework, quizzes, and exams. I am patient, organized, and professional, and I adapt each session to the student’s needs and learning style.

My tutoring approach is very concept focused. I break down biology and chemistry topics into simple steps, use examples and practice problems, and help students understand the reasoning behind the material. I love drawing things out and showing visuals, because I believe that is the most helpful way of learning material. A typical lesson includes reviewing confusing topics, working through problems together, and ending with key takeaways for studying. I tutor high school biology/chemistry, AP Biology/AP Chemistry, and any introductory undergraduate science courses.
