About Jaxson
I’m a current chemistry student at University of Houston, and I’m very well versed in chemistry, physics, and calculus/mathematics. These subjects can feel overwhelming at first, but I genuinely enjoy breaking them down and helping other students see the patterns behind the formulas. I’m enthusiastic about science and math, and I want everyone I work with to succeed—especially when the material is challenging. I’m patient, encouraging, and I’ll meet you where you’re at, whether you need help building fundamentals, preparing for an exam, or tackling tougher problems with confidence.

In my lessons, I focus on making concepts click through visuals and real examples. I’ll break each topic into clear steps, draw diagrams/graphs when helpful, and connect the math to what it actually means. We’ll work through guided practice together first, then you’ll try problems with my support so you build confidence—not just memorize. I’ll also share quick strategies, common mistakes to avoid, and a simple review plan so you keep improving between sessions. I am also open to creating study guides and whatever you may need to help you succeed in your course(s).
