I’m not a professional however, I do have a lot of experience with art therapy and even helped lead an art journaling group as a youth therapy group. I’m very creative and love to listen and guide others. Art therapy is a great resource for anyone who is struggling with mental health and is looking for a positive way to connect with themselves.
