About Siddhant
Having inherited the legacy of classical music & dance (Kathak) from his family, Siddhant started training in his formative years. He learned Kathak Dance from the renowned international Kathak doyen of Jaipur Gharana, Late Pdt. Parveen Gangani ji and now continues his training under Guruji’s elder son, Shri Mukesh Gangani. Siddhant also acquired instrumental training from his Guruji and his younger son, Shri Abhishek Gangani.
His first stage performance was at the tender age of 11, and he hasn’t looked back since. He has been a part of a plethora of performances of the highest cadre across the nation, rendering remarkable solo, duet, trio and group performances. An all-rounder, he is known to play instruments like table and harmonium and recite “padhant” for Kathak dance performances as gracefully as he dances on stage. True to the essence of Jaipur Gharana which Siddhant represents, his core strengths are fast and impeccable pirouettes and footwork, and graceful “hastak” (hand movements).
He has performed in many prestigious festivals accross india.
