About Alyssa
My name is Alyssa, I am a certified yoga teacher trainer at your service! I spent many years trying to establish a fitness routine for myself but nothing was really clicking. In the pandemic, I found yoga and the rest is history! I love writing flows that are fun and accessible to all levels. My primary goal for my students is fitness. I ease students into the practice so they feel comfortable and strong no matter their experience level.

Alyssa is an amazing instructor! As a beginner in yoga, I was afraid I was not fit enough to do certain movements or poses. Good thing she was very encouraging and provided guidance and modification whenever I needed it. She also offers more challenges for more advanced people.
