About Kai

I found calisthenics in lockdown back in May 2019 and started training calisthenics consistently in July 2020 due to the gyms closing. Training/working hard and meeting the calisthenics community has led me to become a coach in the sport, compete in calisthenics competitions all over the world, become a brand ambassador for amazing companies and the list goes on.

About the lesson

My ELITE Calisthenics coaching is suitable for any and everyone! From complete beginner - advanced athletes. I've taught from ages 5 - 65+ years of age. The beautiful thing about calisthenics is that there's always a regression / progression for every exercise and guess what you don't need any equipment, just you and your goals!
