My name is Charlie and I am a poet, a spoken word artist, an actor, and a writer. I have been performing, teaching, and facilitating poetry, creative writing, drama, acting, and theatre for over 10 years to people of all ages and have worked with schools and universities across the UK and with large companies and institutions such as the BBC, Channel 4, The National Trust, Edge Hill University, Shakespeare North Playhouse, Arvon, Apples and Snakes and others as an actor, a poet, a writer, and a facilitator.

I have been teaching and facilitating poetry, creative writing, drama, acting and theatre for over 10 years to people of all ages and have worked with schools and universities across the UK and with large companies and institutions such as the BBC, Channel 4, The National Trust, Edge Hill University, Shakespeare North Playhouse, Arvon, Apples and Snakes and others as an actor, a poet, a writer and a facilitator. My lessons are gentle and fun, collaborative in nature and designed to guide you towards realising your own voice. I work with all ages from young students seeking to improve their literacy and creative writing skills to older students looking to practise their creative and English critical thinking abilities to anyone else looking to get started in their own creative writing practice. Lessons are typically an hour but longer or shorter slots can be arranged.
