About Sarah
I am a lively, bubbly and open person, often found splashing about in a lake, or out on an adventure with my dog! I hold a Masters in Psychology, and have over 10 years professional experience specialising in Positive Behaviour Support and Challenging Behaviour. I am registered with the UK Society for Behaviour Analysts (UK-SBA), and have experience working with children and adults from 2yrs – mid 80s! I have worked with individuals and families in home settings, schools, residential or supported living homes, and out and about wherever the day takes us! I am a trustee at a local SEND charity and have a current DBS.

By combining lived experience, academic qualifications and professional experience, I am able to support you or your loved one with a wide range of approaches designed to improve all areas of quality of life. I am able to offer 1:1 coaching and advice, support for families in managing behaviours which can be challenging, or designing fun activities which can support with regulating emotions and sensory needs. I have experience of working with children from aged 2, all the way up to adults in their mid-80s! Through our initial conversations I can learn more about the areas you feel you/your loved one needs support, and we can work together on an approach that fits into your lifestyles. I am able to offer support in person or online, depending on your needs and preferences. From support for children and young adults struggling to juggle school, emotions, and friendships, to adults who are finding their needs are impacting their work or personal lives, there is something for everyone!

Sarah has really helped me improve my swimming technique and got me through my first triathlon. She gave clear feedback, helped me write sessions that stopped me from being bored of just going up and down, and really made me feel confident in open water. We did sessions in the pool and at a local lake which was great to be able to practice in both. Would highly recommend!
