I am a stay at home mom that happens to be a math wiz. I am also an on-the-side freelance writer
With high marks in mathematics, English, and art, I am kind of a “Jill if all trades “ when it comes to tutoring.

My teaching methods vary by student, as I have found in the past that everyone learns differently and teaching is not a “one size fits all” kind of deal.
I can teach mathematics from grade 1 to advanced grade 12.
Ideally a typical class would
Include about 20-25 minutes of lessons (me teaching the student what they are here to learn) and then about 35 minutes of practice, so they student can show me what they have learned and that they know how to apply it in various scenarios.
What makes me special as a teacher is that I have tons of tricks up my sleeve to help my students learn, and I care if they come away from my lessons knowing more than they knew when they began the lesson. This is not just a job for me, I enjoy helping my students excel!
