About Harriet

I was introduced to yoga by a friend and it was from there that I began to pursue it professionally. Now I have been teaching for 3 years! During my training course, I acquired a job as a yoga teaching assistant. This allowed me to gain even more experience in teaching and practising yoga before I had obtained my qualification. I teach private and group classes and have taught at yoga and health retreats in France featured in The Times and on Channel 4. My goal is to help people unlock their full potential and pursue a healthy lifestyle.

About the lesson

*ONLINE LESSONS ONLY* Qualified yoga instructor who can offer beginner to advanced lessons in Vinyasa, Hatha Yoga and Slow Flow. The Vinyasa and Hatha sessions will be a place for you to improve your mobility and flexibility, and increase your strength. We can work on key areas, or on a specific goal that you might have and unlock full potential of your body! The Slow Flow is perfect for unwinding and getting rid of tension in a relaxing way, that also allows a space of peace for the mind. The sessions will be in an uplifting and positive environment, to allow you to enjoy each practice and feel proud of what you achieve each time. Book your first session today!
