About Fern
Radical reactions often seem straightforward until you apply them to complex synthesis pathways in a clinical context. Resonance and acidity combined with curved-arrow notation form the backbone of my instruction for pre-med students. I draw on 2 years of experience as a Columbia medical student to simplify aromatic chemistry and isomerism for those struggling with these concepts.
