About Paulina Marta

I am Paulina and if any of my friends had to describe me, they would surely say self-love as one of my qualities. I feel a deep love and respect for myself. And I think that by loving myself so much I have the quality of helping other people feel better about themselves, I can easily see the good in people, I can easily see what they can't or what it is difficult for them to see about them and I would love to do my part so that every day you wake up and love the person you see in the mirror.

About the lesson

I prefer not to call our friendly chats lessons. My way of living is always putting self-love first because I truly believe that when you love yourself, everything is possible. With these encounters you will have the opportunity to see yourself with different eyes and learn the importance of self-love. Love yourself is the best you can do for yourself and for the world.
